My results from 21 Day Fix Extreme

So, I spent the last 42 days doing the 21 day fix extreme program and here are my results!

My goal when I started this program was to lose a few pounds and tone up. I did the work out program almost every day and drank Shakeology 4-5 days a week. The program comes with portion control containers and meal plans, but since I wasn’t trying to lose much weight and I’m not the best when it comes to dieting, I decided to just make healthier choices with my meals instead of doing the meal plan.

After the first 21 days, I lost 8 pounds and about half an inch off my waist and thighs. I loved the program and felt like 21 days just wasn’t enough! So I decided to go for another round. I just finished the second round and I had lost another 2 pounds and another half  inch! Totaling a loss of 10 pounds and 1 inch without dieting!!

I couldn’t believe it! The workout program is only 30 minutes a day, at home work outs, and Shakeology is delicious! I had the vegan chocolate and strawberry combo that I paired with soymilk and sometimes added a banana or frozen mango pieces. Chocolate is definitely my favorite, but I like having the strawberry to mix it up!  I kind of wish I would have done the meal plan, so that I could have lost even more weight! But I am so happy with these results!
